Aboriginal Youth Homelessness Outreach and Intake Worker

This is a dynamic outreach and intake position working directly with Aboriginal young women across Melbourne. The role combines proactive community engagement, crisis response, intake assessment, advocacy and systems navigation. the role reports to the Team Leader and works closely with the Case Manager and support team.
